Spend a full day with Weightlifting Coach Pierre Auge, studying and
practicing the Olympic lifts. The Snatch and Clean and Jerk bring
speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your
training. These lifts are unmatched in their ability to improve power
and strength, they are the keys to any serious potential in most sports
and may be the difference in an athlete being simply competitve or
being a champion.

Register today to learn the fundamentals of the Olympic lifts and how to use them with your athletes and students. No Previous experience is required and you will be instructed in the construction and use of basic implements needed to teach and learn the Olympic Lifts.
